What's The Difference Between A Studio Kit, Essentials Kit, And Refill Kit?
Our Studio Kit is for customers who want the full painting experience at home, easel included.
Our Essentials Kit includes the essential supplies to paint at home. It does not include an easel like the Studio Kit, so you'll place your canvas on a flat surface.
Our Refill Kit is for customers who have painted with us before.
How Many Kits Should I Buy For A Date Night?
For a diptych experience, where you paint one half and your partner paints the other, buy one of our Date Night Kits. Each Date Night Kit has supplies for 2 painters.
I've Never Painted Before. Can I Really Create My Own Painting?
Yes. We pride ourselves on digital video tutorials anyone can follow, regardless of skill level. Our instructors teach every experience step by step, so it's easy to follow along.
Will This Experience Create A Mess?
We provide disposable aprons with all of our kits.
How Many People Can Use 1 Kit?
Each Standard Painting Kit and Junior Artist Kit has enough supplies for 1 painter. We recommend a separate kit for each person painting.
Our Date Night and Duo kits have enough supplies for 2 painters, so just order one kit per pair.
What Colors Are Included In The Kit?
The colors included are specific to the painting you selected. We provide a generous amount of paint so you have plenty to finish your masterpiece.
Are The Paints Non-Toxic?
Yes. Our paints are water based, non-toxic, and safe for kids to use.
What Devices Can I Watch The Video Tutorials On?
Our video tutorials play on any web-enabled device (phone, tablet, laptop, or TV). If you can watch YouTube or Vimeo on it, you can watch our tutorials on it.
How Do I Get Access To The Video Tutorial?
You'll receive a personal link to your video tutorial immediately after you place your order, sent by email. You can also access it through your order confirmation email or page.
You can also look up your tutorial with our order lookup form.
How Long Do I Have Access To The Video Tutorial?
You have access to the video tutorial for 2 years, and you can stop and come back anytime during those 2 years.

How Do I Play The Video Tutorial?
We send a confirmation email with a link to your tutorial. The link opens a Painting to Gogh page with your video. Press play and you're good to go.
How Long Is The Video Tutorial?
Our tutorials range from 30 to 120 minutes. Runtimes are listed on each product page along with a sample of the tutorial. Most experiences take 1 to 2 hours to complete.
Can I Pause, Play, And Rewind The Video Tutorial?
Yes. Pause, play, and rewind as you please. The tutorial is meant to be followed at your pace, so take your time and have fun painting.

Shipping, Returns, And Gifting Questions
How Long Will My Shipment Take To Arrive?
Painting to Gogh operates from Chicago, IL. Delivery dates vary based on location, and shipping estimates show at checkout. We offer Standard and Expedited options.
Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days, including fulfillment time. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same business day; orders placed after 12 PM ship the next business day.
How Do I Track My Order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. All orders ship with UPS.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Options?
Yes. Expedited options appear at checkout once you enter your address: Expedited Ground, 3 Day Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver (delivers by end of day), and Next Day Air (delivers by 12 PM).
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60 to the same address. Orders under $60 ship at a $7.99 flat rate throughout the contiguous US (does not include Hawaii or Alaska).
UPS Ground Home Delivery is our default. Expedited options, including 2 Day Air and Next Day Air via UPS, are available at checkout.
How Can I Initiate A Return?
Email all refund requests to customersupport@paintingtogogh.com, or send us a chat using the button at the bottom right. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the request, and we'll reply with next steps.
Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses?
You'll place an individual order for each unique shipping address.
Hosting a larger event shipping to more than 5 addresses? Get more information here. We'll create the orders on your behalf and send a single invoice.
How Do I Gift This Experience?
When you add a product to your cart, you'll see the option to add a gift note. Orders with a gift note won't display pricing in the box.
Once the order is placed, you'll receive access to the video tutorial by email; forward it to the person you're gifting. We also sell digital gift cards.
