PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Our Studio Kit is for customers who want a full painting experience at home.

Our Essentials Kit is for customers who want the essential supplies to paint at home, it does not include an easel to put your canvas on like our Studio Kit. You will have to place your canvas on a flat surface.

Our Refill Kit is for customers who have painted with us before.

For a diptych experience, where you paint one half and your partner paints the other half, buy one of our Date Night Kits. The Date Night kits have supplies for 2 participants to paint.

We pride ourselves in providing digital video tutorials that can be followed by anyone, regardless of skill level. Our instructors teach our experiences in a step-by-step manner which makes it very easy to follow along.

We provide disposable aprons with all of our kits.

Each kit has enough supplies for 1 painter. We recommend that you buy separate kits for each individual that is painting.

For Date Night, order two kits.

The colors included in the kit are specific to the painting that you have selected. We provide a generous amount of paint to ensure you have plenty to finish your masterpiece!

Yes, our paints are non-toxic, the paints are water based and safe to use for kids.

VIDEO TUTORIAL QUESTIONS

Our video tutorials can be played on any web enabled device of your choice (phone, tablet, laptop or TV - if you can watch YouTube or Vimeo videos on it you can watch our tutorials on it).

You will receive a personal link to the video tutorial for the painting of your choose immediately after you place your order. The link will be sent to you via email. You can also access the video tutorial through your order confirmation email or page.

You will have access to the video tutorial for 6 months. We understand that you may have an emergency, or might not get around to doing the painting for some time. For inquiries about extending access time to videos please email: customersupport@paintingtogogh.com.

We will send you a confirmation email with a link to your video tutorial. The link will take you to a Painting to Gogh page with your video tutorial. Simply press play and you are good to go!

Our video tutorial range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes in runtime. Video tutorial runtimes are listed on each of our product pages along with a sample of the tutorial. Our experiences typically take 1-2 hours to complete.

You can pause, play and rewind as your please. The tutorial is meant to be followed at your pace. Take your time and have a great time painting!

We support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly — like butter!

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS QUESTIONS

Painting to Gogh operates from Chicago, IL - delivery dates may vary based on the delivery location. Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout. We offer both Standard and Expedited Shipping options.

Standard shipping take 4 to 7 business days and includes fulfillment time.
Expedited Shipping options placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same business day. If an expedited order is placed after 12 PM, it will ship the next business day.

We will send a tracking number to you via email as soon as your order ships. All of our orders are shipped with UPS.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout once you enter your address. Options expedited Ground Service, 3 Day Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver (delivers by end of day) and Next Day Air (delivers by 12 PM).

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60 to the same address, if your order is not over $60 we offer flat shipping throughout the Contiguous US (does NOT include Hawaii or Alaska) at $7.99.

We provide UPS Ground Home Delivery shipping as our default shipping option. We also offer expedited shipping options during checkout which includes Next Day Air and 2 Day Air via UPS.

Please email all refund requests to customersupport@paintingtogogh.com or send us a chat using the button at the bottom right. Please be sure to include your name, order number and the reason for refund request in your email or chat message. Once you initiate a return request we will send you next steps on how to make the return.

You will have to place an individual order for each unique shipping address.

If you are hosting a larger event where you are shipping to more than 5 addresses sign up for more information here. We will create the orders on your behalf and send you a single invoice.

GIFTING QUESTIONS

When you add a product to your cart you will see the option to add a gift note. Orders with a gift note will not display pricing information in the box.

Once the order has been placed you will receive access to the video tutorial via email, forward the email to the person you are gifting to. 

Alternatively, we sell digital gift cards as well.

Yes, we sell Digital Gift cards
