Our video tutorials can be played on any web enabled device of your choice (phone, tablet, laptop or TV - if you can watch YouTube or Vimeo videos on it you can watch our tutorials on it)
We pride ourselves in providing digital video tutorials that can be followed by anyone, regardless of skill level. Our instructors teach our experiences in a step-by-step manner which makes it very easy to follow along.
We provide disposable aprons with all of our experiences and wrap each of our canvases in a wrapping paper that can be reutilized as a place mat beneath your easel.
We email you with a unique link that allows you to access your video content. Access to the content will last for 10 weeks. The Painting to Gogh service and content is for your personal and non-commercial use please do not share the unique hyperlink that is tied to your order (if the link is illegally shared access will be revoked).
Painting to Gogh operates from Chicago, IL - delivery dates may vary based on the delivery location. We offer Home Delivery FedEx shipping which includes Saturday delivery. Please reference the map in the link below for shipping estimates: See Map
Yes, as soon as we ship the order out, you will receive a tracking number for FedEx.
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60, if your order is not over $60 we offer flat shipping throughout the Contiguous US at $10. We provide FedEx Home Delivery shipping.
Click on the link in the confirmation email - the link will redirect you to a Painting to Gogh page which has a video player embedded. Simply click the play button and follow along!
In most cases our customers finish the painting within 10 weeks of purchasing the product. We understand that you may have an emergency, or might not get around to doing the painting for some time. For inquiries about extending access time to videos please email email@example.com
If you’re experiencing excessive buffering during playback, it’s probably because your Internet connection cannot support continuous playback of the selected video quality. Switch to “Auto” in the quality menu if available. This will allow the player to select the best quality video file to stream. If “Auto” is not available, switch to one of the lower quality options.
We support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly — like butter!

Please email all refund requests to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number and the reason for refund request in your email.
If you would like to gift someone a painting experience enter in their email address as the default email during checkout (in the order notes section please let us know that it is a gift). Alternatively, we sell digital gift cards as well.
You have the option of grouping together multiple quantities of our Starter Boxes, if you have a larger group event you can contact us for custom orders as well.
