We ship a kit to each participant. You set up a video call (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Hangouts, whichever you use) so everyone can talk while they paint. Participants can pick the same painting or different ones from our full catalog. Painting from one location? We can ship every kit to a single address.

Group tutorials usually run 1 to 2 hours, depending on the painting. Participants watch the pre-recorded tutorial together on a shared screen, or on their own browser, tablet, or phone, going at their own pace. They can also finish after the call (each person gets 2 years of access to their video).

Prefer a live instructor? Live virtual instruction is a flat $250.

Confirm orders at least two weeks before the event date so ground shipping arrives in time. There are three ways to order, and we invoice you via credit card, ACH, or check.

1. Send a participant list. Download our participant template sheet and email it to customersupport@paintingtogogh.com. We'll create the orders and send one invoice.
2. Use a discount code. Tell us how many participants to expect and we'll send a code for free checkout to share with them, then bill you a single invoice.
3. Place individual orders. For groups smaller than 5, place separate orders for each shipping address on our website.

The Studio Kit is $49.99 each plus $7.99 ground shipping ($57.98 per participant) when shipping to different US addresses. The Essentials Kit is $39.99 each plus $7.99 ground shipping ($47.98 per participant). Shipping is free when all kits go to the same location.

International shipping

Canada is a flat $20 per participant and takes 3 to 7 business days. For other countries, send us the destination and we'll quote shipping and customs. Lead time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the country.
