We'll ship our kits to each participant, and all you have to do is set up a video conference call (Hangouts, Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.) so participants can talk to each other as they paint. Participants can pick the same painting or different paintings from our entire catalog. Additionally, if you are painting from an on-site location we can ship all the kits to one location.
Tutorials with groups typically take 1 to 2 hours to complete, depending on the selected painting. Participants can watch our pre-recorded tutorials together using a shared screen or on a separate browser, tablet, or mobile device during the call, which allows them to go at their own pace. Participants can also finish their paintings after the call if time is an issue (each participant will have access to their own video tutorial for 6 months.)
We offer 2 different types of Kits that are suitable for first time customers.
Our Studio Kit costs $49.99 each plus $7.99 for ground shipping in the US, so a total of $57.98/participant when shipping to different addresses. The Studio Kit offers the best painting experience and includes the following supplies:
- Aluminum Easel
- Set of 5 Brushes
- 16x20 Canvas
- Acrylic Paints
- Disposable Apron
- Cardboard Palette
We also offer an Essentials Kit which comes with everything listed above except the easel. The Essentials Kit is $39.99 each plus $7.99 for ground shipping in the US, so a total of 47.98/participant when shipping to different addresses.
Shipping is free if kits are shipped to the same location.
Shipping to Canada is a flat $25 per participant and takes 3 to 7 business days. For other international countries, let us know the country and we'll send you a price for shipping and customs for that location. Lead time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the country.
How to place your order
Orders must be confirmed at least two weeks before the event date to ensure delivery with ground shipping. If you are ready to move forward, we offer 3 unique ways of placing your order. We also provide invoices that can be paid via credit card, ACH, or check.
1.) Download our participant template sheet (click here to download) and send back a list of participants to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will create the separate orders and send you a single invoice.
2.) Tell us how many participants you expect to participate and we can send you a discount code for a free checkout. You can share the code with participants and we can send you a single invoice. Email us the number of participants to the following email address: email@example.com
3.) Place separate orders for each shipping address on our website directly (only recommend this option for groups smaller than 5).
